Jones Edmunds is providing design services for the Paynes Prairie sheetflow restoration project. The project will satisfy the total nitrogen-load-reduction requirements from the Main Street Water Reclamation Facility and the City’s Municipal Separate Stormwater System that contributes to Sweetwater Branch. In addition, the project will provide substantial environmental benefits to the Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park. The primary objective of the project is to restore the sheetflow of Sweetwater Branch to Paynes Prairie without creating undesirable impacts to the Prairie.
