Jones Edmunds helped the City of St. Cloud comply with GASB 34. The City’s finance department follows the standard depreciation approach to comply with GASB 34, and needed assistance inventorying and valuing its stormwater and roadway assets. Jones Edmunds successfully performed the following tasks:
- Complete infrastructure asset inventory listing and classification strategy
- Computation of asset valuation including estimated useful life
- Depreciation of asset costs
- Furnishing of data for input into the City's HTE system
