Titusville, Florida (March 11, 2010)—Mr. Clay Reichert recently joined the Titusville Office of Florida-based engineering consulting firm Jones Edmunds & Associates, Inc. as the Civil/Environmental Department Manager.
With over 17 years of engineering consulting experience and over 9 years of experience managing a civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying firm, Mr. Reichert has a solid background in managing civil/site engineering design teams, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and value engineering. Mr. Reichert’s broad consulting experience includes civil engineering design and engineering management of commercial and industrial land development, municipal facilities, transportation infrastructure, water resources, and utility infrastructure projects. His experience includes managing staff and preparing site plans, grading plans, storm drainage plans, sanitary sewer plans, water distribution plans, roadway plans, erosion and sediment control plans, hydrologic studies, floodplain studies, and lift stations. As Civil/Environmental Department Manager, Mr. Reichert manages a skilled group of civil engineers and technicians designing infrastructure and facilities projects throughout central Florida. His team is also involved in a number of specialized studies that are a part of unique projects at Kennedy Space Center such as the evaluation of the Crawlerway and its interface with the crawler transporter.

Mr. Reichert received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering and MS in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Mississippi.
