Solid Waste

Solid Waste

Solid Waste services have been a cornerstone of Jones Edmunds’ engineering practice for almost 30 years, during which time we have been involved with all facets of managing solid waste.  Our projects have ranged from environmental assessments to multi million-dollar solid waste facilities.

Our proven reputation within the regulatory community and our relationships with key institutions such as the Florida Center for Solid and Hazardous Waste Management, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, University of Florida, SWANA, and the Geosynthetic Institute allow us to effectively meet our clients’ needs and develop unique solutions that are always effective and responsible.

We have designed innovative cover systems and advanced bioreactors, but just as important we work with our clients on a day-to-day basis to ensure that environmental, regulatory, and operational requirements are met so that they can better serve the needs of their customers.  Our experience in solid waste management is supported by the study, design, and construction of over 200 projects in the last 5 years alone.
